About the Job
The employee health assistant clinical coordinator will support the coordinator and all daily operations of the Employee Health Office and participates in activities that maximize employee health and safety, including injury prevention, injury evaluation and follow-up and wellness programs. Key tasks include pre-placement health screenings, sick employee and workplace injuries visits, immunizations and Tuberculosis testing, fit testing to N95 respirators and exposure tracing. Administrative office duties, managing the appointment calendar, and support of annual flu clinics.
Current Massachusetts state licensure required, RN
24 hours per week, day shift.

Experience and skills:
Strongly preferred 1-5 years’ experience in Employee Health /Occupational office setting
Strongly preferred experience with worker’s compensation and injury evaluation.
Strong organizational skills, detailed oriented and ability to work in a fast paced office setting.
Required excellent computer skills with excel spreadsheets
Strongly preferred experience with Occupational Health Electronic Medical Records software.
Provide high customer service to all accounts, including prompt responses ad resolving issues
Knowledge of OSHA record keeping
Able to work independently in free standing flu clinics with strong organizational management.
