About the Job

Job Description

The Department Secretary II schedules surgical procedures, performs processing functions, provides operational/secretarial support and cooperates and maintains relationships with other departments. This position is in contact with patients, patients families, physicians, physician office staff and the community. The Department Secretary II functions under the direction of the Department Supervisor to provide services based on established job functions in accordance with hospital policy. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Scheduled Hours

37.5 hours per week, day shift.
