Within the Business and Knowledge Solutions Division, the Enterprise Knowledge Assets team ensures the effective management of critical corporate information systems based on its business, technical, and historical value overtime, to enable reuse.
Work collaboratively with the corporate records and archives team and business stakeholders to identify and enact updates to the MITRE Records Retention Schedule
Lead the implementation strategy of the records and information management program for both electronic and paper records across corporate operations and IT systems
Assist with storage, end user retrieval, and retention of records under the corporate records and archives team stewardship
Develop employee communications, quick reference guides, and training content and deployment to targeted audiences to support effective change management regarding key knowledge management initiatives
Conduct analysis and advise on data management, records management, and other regulatory issues.
Formulate strategy to increase value and visibility of information, privacy, cybersecurity, and records retention issues.
Work independently and provide technical leadership on information governance implementation
Leads others to solve complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative applications
- Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applicants who are eligible for security clearances.
Extensive knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements for government contractors
Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of influencing vertically and horizontally across the organization, and managing multiple projects under tight deadlines
Proficiency with MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint
Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or relevant operational discipline
MLS/ MLIS, MIM, MIS (preferred) specializing in Records Management, Archives management or Information systems.
Relevant certifications and continuing education such as PMP and/or CRM
5-10 years of experience
Knowledge of MS365 Compliance Center, Archives Space, Preservica
Data analysis using Excel, Tableau or Power BI
