LPN (Developmental Disabilities-Residential)
Our LPN's support 4 to 6 clients per shift so care and compassionate service can be provided to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting.
Work with a team of staff to ensure that the needs of the individuals in the home are being met.
Implementation of ISP objectives and healthcare plans.(This may include assisting with tube feeding and tube medication administration, wound care, catheter and ostomy care, diabetes management, attending medical appointments, participating in ADL skill development etc.
The LPN will also participate in household responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications: Possession of a current and valid license as a practical nurse under the Massachusetts Board of Registration required. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or mental health conditions preferred.
Basic computer skills - MS Word, Outlook preferred. Valid driver's license is required. CPR certification required within first three months of hire.
