What You Will Do

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in all aspects of client care and assume a leadership role. The Lead RN assists clients in effectively communicating with medical providers in order to receive optimal care. The Lead RN provides clinician supervision to the PACT RN’s. Responsibilities include attending medical appointments with clients, medication administration and monitoring, training staff and clients on illness prevention and illness management, and providing consultation to clients, families and staff about medication/medical issues. Other responsibilities include treatment planning, implementation and documentation of treatment plans, outreach, support, and service coordination.

Who You Are

Masters, Bachelor’s degree in nursing; Registered Nurse State of MA required. Experience working with persons with major mental illness and co-occurring substance abuse disorders, working as part of a multi-disciplinary team required. Experience working with individuals with a serious and persistent mental illness in the community preferred. Experience in supervisory roles required. Skilled use of Microsoft Word. First Aid, CPR required within first three months of hire (agency provides training). Valid driver’s license required and reliable transportation required.
