Who You Are:
An organized, passionate leader who has earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field) and obtained licensure as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT looking for the next step in their career.
Five years of experience with youth with emotional and behavioral challenges required
Three years post independent licensure preferred.
Prior supervisory experience preferred
Must have knowledge of Children’s Mental Health Services including experience providing Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services or similar DMH Services. Experience with Children/Family Outpatient Services highly preferred.
Strong documentation and clinical writing skills a must
Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
What You Will Do:
The Clinical Supervisor will have responsibility for the management, oversight, and daily operations of the Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) program which includes participation in leadership meetings,
supervision of staff including hiring, team building, and
promoting growth of clinical skills throughout the team
work collaboratively with Children’s Services IHBTC Program Director
