Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC)

$5,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Who You Are:

An organized, passionate leader who has earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology or Education with a Clinical Concentration (or related field) and obtained licensure as an LICSW, LMHC or LMFT looking for the next step in their career.

  • Five years of experience with youth with emotional and behavioral challenges required

  • Three years post independent licensure preferred.

  • Prior supervisory experience preferred

  • Must have knowledge of Children’s Mental Health Services including experience providing Children’s Behavioral Health Initiative (CBHI) services or similar DMH Services. Experience with Children/Family Outpatient Services highly preferred.

  • Strong documentation and clinical writing skills a must

  • Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

What You Will Do:

  • The Clinical Supervisor will have responsibility for the management, oversight, and daily operations of the Intensive Home Based Therapeutic Care (IHBTC) program which includes participation in leadership meetings,

  • supervision of staff including hiring, team building, and

  • promoting growth of clinical skills throughout the team

  • work collaboratively with Children’s Services IHBTC Program Director
