DOCS Health General Dentist-Greater Barnstable County in Barnstable, Massachusetts
DOCS Health is seeking a part-time General Dentist to provide problem-focused dental services at a facilitiy in the greater Barstable, MA area. Candidate must possess strong diagnostic and clinical skills with an emphasis on oral surgery. Correctional dentistry is a unique opportunity for Dentists looking to earn supplemental income without the administrative responsibilities, “selling of dentistry”, or overhead costs associated with a traditional private practice. DOCS will manage all logistics, staffing, documentation, invoicing/billing, and ordering of dental supplies, including PPE and instrumentation. Access to DOCS’ Chief Dental Officer 24/7 for clinical consultation and support.
Per diem - never more than one day weekly

Malpractice reimbursement
Perform dental services within designated hours of operations.
Utilize universal precautions for patient dental care.
Exam, diagnose and treat patients consistent with professional standards and defined scope of service.
Document patients’ needs for every dental encounter utilizing the SOAP format, update the patient health history, and obtain patient consent prior to delivering of care.
Keep patient information confidential and respect patients' rights to privacy, in accordance with accepted confidentiality practices for individuals.
Graduate from an accredited school of Dentistry Medicine (DDS/DMD)
Experienced clinician preferred
Recent graduates encouraged to apply
Active and unrestricted State Dental License
