Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Andover, Massachusetts. This role is primarily focused on accounts payable functions within our industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for account reconciliation, coding invoices, and performing data entry tasks. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Coding and entering invoices into our accounts payable system.

• Reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy and consistency.

• Processing checks for payment of invoices.

• Handling accounts payable inquiries and resolving any discrepancies.

• Maintaining accurate records of all transactions and payments.

• Ensuring that all invoices are processed in a timely manner.

• Utilizing software applications such as Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and account management tasks. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary for this role.

• Applicant must have a solid understanding of Accounts Payable (AP).

• Experience in Check Runs is a crucial requirement for the role.

• Ability to perform Coding Invoices accurately is important.

• Applicant should have excellent Data Entry skills.

• Must be adept at Invoice Processing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a key requirement.

• Familiarity with Oracle software is needed.

• Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage for the role.
