Robert Half Intake Coordinator in Acton, Massachusetts
Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-centric Intake Coordinator to join our team based in Acton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be the initial contact for new clients, evaluating their requirements, and arranging meetings with our legal professionals. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining precise records of client interactions and ensuring outstanding client service throughout their journey with us.
Responsibilities
• Manage incoming calls from potential clients, evaluating their requirements, and determining their potential as new clients.
• Arrange meetings with legal professionals for leads with experience in the necessary fields, ensuring all required pre-meeting tasks are completed.
• Regularly update and maintain client information in our CRM system, Hubspot.
• Conduct regular check-in calls with clients to assess their experience and address any concerns.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless and efficient client service.
• Use various software applications including Excel and Microsoft Office to manage and update client information.
• Ensure all client interactions are managed professionally and promptly.
• Continuously enhance the client intake process to improve client service and efficiency.
• Use your robust administrative skills to support team functions and processes.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with Allscripts software
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
• Knowledge of Dcs software
• Proficiency in using EHR System
• Skill in answering inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Experience with authorizations procedures in a healthcare setting
• Understanding of benefit functions in a healthcare context
• Knowledge of billing functions in a healthcare context
• Experience in claim administration
• Familiarity with HubSpot software
• Proven ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite TalentMatch®
