APDerm Management, LLC Cosmetic Coordinator in Acton, Massachusetts
Primary responsibilities are to facilitate the cosmetic services schedule and maintain proper business and patient records. This entails (1) scheduling patients, (2) preparing and maintaining current patient information, (3) documenting in EMR patient responses to follow up visit questionnaire and (4) performing general office duties as requested.
This position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5pm onsite in Acton.
Answers cosmetic telephone calls promptly and in a warm friendly manner.
Schedules all cosmetic appointments for aestheticians, physicians, nurse practitioners and PA’s across all brands.
Reviews provider’s schedules to ensure appointments are scheduled correctly.
Calling and documenting in EMR patient responses to follow up visit questionnaire.
Prepares and maintains current patient information.
Scanning in of cosmetic treatment documentation including consents for Xtrac® and PDT
Calls cosmetic patients post laser and post injection.
Assists with Alle® Rewards Program.
Responsible for interoffice product transfers and inventory management of cosmetic consumables and products
High School diploma
Complete Administrative Proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Web-based applications, email, HRIS systems)
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Well-organized with attention to detail.
Ability to work as a team member
Strong computer and organizational skills.
Two years of experience in a cosmetic services office.
Aesthetic background or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business or related field
