Job Summary:
Come join are team of passionate providers here at Signature Healthcare Office Based Addiction Treatment! Our growing team provide outpatient Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT), to individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) and Alcohol Use Disorder (AUD), as clinically appropriate. Our team also provides Addiction Consult Services at Brockton Hospital for immediate support and induction on MAT. The Nurse Practitioner will have support from the department medical assistants, program management, recovery coaches, fellow APRNs and a Medical director -board certified in Addiction Medicine.
Qualified Candidates:
Masters or Doctoral Degree in Advanced Practice Nursing
Licensed APRN in MA ( Any specialty)
ANNC Board Certification(American Nurses Credentialing Center-any specialty)
Massachusetts CSR and Federal DEA
2+ years experience providing Addiction Treatment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Incentive/Benefits Package:
$5,000.00 bonus for FT candidates ($2500 at sign on, $2500 retention at 6months)

About Signature Healthcare – Addiction Medicine
Currently Located in Abington, MA (*relocating to Brockton MA)
The team provides relationship centered, holistic, culturally sensitive care to every patient
Treats adults with Opioid Use Disorders and/or Alcohol Use Disorders

Requirements & Opportunities
Full Time, Monday-Friday, day shifts (*Opportunity for varied/flexible schedule)
3-4 Days per week working at OBAT, 1 Day per week at Brockton Hospital-Addiction Consult Service.
Completes medical evaluations including: history & physical, assessment for MAT, and assess level of care per ASAM guidelines
Inducts patients on MAT. Administers long acting medication to patients as clinically appropriate
Provides on going MAT Management
Order & Review Labs as needed
Coordinates care and makes clinical referrals as needed
Completes timely and accurate documentation in the EMR
Treats patients in person-on site and through tele-health via HIPAA secure video conferencing
Upholds quality standards of care including but not limited to HIPAA and 42 CRF Part 2 Standards
