Title:Resident Security Specialist

The Resident Security Specialist's main role is to provide assistance to the nursing staff and our residents in regards to the safety and security of our vulnerable residents. RSS's monitor the hallways and keep watch over residents who have been designated to have behavioral concerns. While this role is not responsible for direct care, there will be times that the nursing staff requires the RSS to assist with handling agitated or aggressive residents.

No experience or certifications necessary. This role will require the ability to lift, carry, and balance up to 125 pounds (250 pounds with assistance). Previous experience in security/monitoring or behavioral health support is a plus.

This is a full-time role supporting 10 am - 8 pm.
