Reviews and interprets physician orders, dispenses medications, monitors drug therapies and provides accurate and timely drug information while complying with all legal and practice standards. Supervises and directs support personnel. Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy required. Doctor in pharmacy preferred. At least 1 year in an institutional setting preferred; EPIC experience a plus. Mass license as a pharmacist or license eligible with license obtained within six months of employment.
