Assists with the formulation, implementation, and documentation of individual exercise programs for participants in the Cardiac & Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program. Requires knowledge of the following: proper use of exercise equipment and correct body form to minimize risk of injury; ability to take vital signs of patients during exercise; assist clinical team with emergency care; provide patient education regarding exercise. Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology; at least 1 year experience in cardiac and pulmonary rehabilitation; excellent clinical, communication and interpersonal skills. BLS and ACLS certification.
