Residential Recovery Assistant Opportunity - 2nd and 3rd Shift Available
Fuller Hospital is seeking Residential Recovery Assistants to join our team on 2nd and 3rd Shift! 2nd Shift is from 3:00pm - 12:30am and 3rd shift is 12am - 8:30am. This position requires working every other weekend.
Fuller Hospital is a 109-bed private behavioral health facility located on the South Shore, which provides acute psychiatric services to adults and adolescents. Responsibilities
Monitor AA/NA Meetings
Assign daily House chores and assist patients in performing necessary tasks
Monitor Patient whereabouts at all times
Maintain orderly and safe environment
Ensure all required information is logged daily
Maintain a file on each resident and c omplete a daily note on each Resident
Monitor and safe guard confidentiality
Facilitate house meetings as required

Qualifications
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor's degree is preferred
Experience: 1 year of related experience is strongly preferred
