Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Long Term Care

We are currently hiring for Licensed Practical Nurses LPN's to join our team in the S. Yarmouth, MA area. We are looking to add dedicated, flexible, and experienced nurses to our team for our consistent Per Diem needs! All shifts are available! 

This is a great opportunity to work the schedule that fits you; whether that be one shift a week or full-time. Simply choose the shifts  and dates that you are available for!

One year of experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing Facility is required.

Position Qualifications:

  • Demonstrate thorough knowledge of care and current clinical practice, treatments and interventions, specific to position specialty

  • Ability to understand and monitor applicable regulations, policies and procedures

  • Promote patient's independence by establishing patient care goals

  • Resolve patient problems and needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies

  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with rules and regulations

  • Ability to deal tactfully with residents, students, family members, visitors, government agencies and personnel, according to position setting

  • Ability to maintain the care and use of supplies, equipment, etc.

  • Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

Certification / License / Requirements:

  • 12 Months of experience as Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  in a Long Term Care / Nursing Home setting.

  • Current LPN state license by the State of Employment

  • Licensed Practical Nurse degree from an accredited institution

  • Current CPR certification
