CNA Duties/Responsibilities Admission/Transfer/Discharge Functions. Ready patient?s room, greet and escort patient to their room, inventory possessions, assist with packing personal possessions. Food Service Functions. Prepare patients for meals, serve food trays and snacks, record food/fluid intake, keep water pitchers filled, assist with after meal care. Personnel Functions. Perform all tasks in accordance with policies/procedures, report all complaints/grievances made by the patient. Personal Nursing Care Functions. Assist/provide patients with oral hygiene, bath functions, dressing/undressing, bowel/bladder functions, transporting, vital signs. Provide all functions as delegated by Registered Nursing Staff. Ensure patient room is ready for expected admission, i.e., name tags, admission kit, etc. Conduct hourly Rounding using the TLC model. Experience/Knowledge/skills Required 1-2 years CNA experience preferred. Education Required High school diploma or GED Written and verbal English skills at 12th grade level. Ability to perform statistical analysis at 12th grade level. Registration/Certification Certified Nursing Assistant Certification Active BLS/CPR from the American Heart Association required upon hire Multiple Shifts available: 7am-330pm, 3pm-11:30pm and 11pm-7am
