Note: This is a Full-time (32 hours) position that will be split time between Norwell and New Bedford (Taber Street).

The Management Minutes Questionnaire (MMQ) Coordinator will be responsible to coordinate the MMQ process, including submission of quarterly documentation to the State in a timely manner. Additionally, the MMQ Nurse is responsible for reviewing the ADL documentation and reporting any changes in resident function to the DON/ADON, as well as the MDS Coordinator.

Qualified candidates must possess a current nursing license in the Commonwealth of MA. Associates degree from an accredited school is preferred. Must have previous experience with Medicare, PPS, Managed Care, Insurance, and Case Management.
