Title:Nursing Home Administrative Assistant

The Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and guests to our facility, including maintaining the Visitor's Log and checking in vendors or other service providers. Also, the receptionist answers the phones, routes the calls, and/or takes messages. In order to ensure that our visitors and guests are able to easily navigate our facility, the Receptionist must maintain a current listing of all residents by name and room number, as well as emergency contact information for residents and staff.

Qualified candidates must have excellent communication skills (written, telephone, and face-to-face), and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other office computer software and equipment is essential.

This is a part-time role (20 hours): Monday - Friday 4 pm - 8 pm.
