Urgent Care - Beverly Hospital

Beverly Hospital, a member of Lahey Health, has multiple full time Urgent Care openings. For this position we will consider Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants boarded in Family Medicine. Our brand new urgent care facilities will be located in Danvers and Gloucester, Massachusetts. The Urgent Care Center will be open to patients 7 days a week and will have lab and X-Ray services on-site. The goal of our urgent care is to not only provide immediate, same day appointments to an area of need, but also to help support our primary care physicians and system-wide population health goals.

About the Position:

• Procedures required include suturing, splinting, incision and drainage, acute visits

• No call required

• Epic EMR

• Online check-in for patients

• Must be comfortable working as the sole provider

What we are looking for:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible candidates in Family Medicine

• Excellent patient rapport and customer service mentality in a retail-oriented medical environment

• Ability to manage a clinical pace that balances high quality with consistent patient door-to-door times

• Full-time candidates preferred but will consider part-time

• Dedicated urgent care practice preferred but will consider splitting shifts between a primary care panel and urgent care patients

• Someone attracted to participating in high-functioning, outstanding clinical teams

• Someone looking for leadership position as a Medical Director is ideal

• Ability to make sound clinical decisions in a fast-paced environment
