Bose Health Services and Wellness Coordinator in Framingham, Massachusetts

Job Description

Our Human Resources team has an exciting new opportunity open in our Health Services group. We are looking for an energetic individual to provide coordination and administrative support to the Health Services and Wellbeing@Bose program in our Framingham office.

The ideal candidate will focus on the following areas:

  1. Support projects through documentation, coordination and follow up on action items.

  2. Provide ongoing administrative support to Health Services and Wellbeing.

  3. Assist Health Services with communications, coordination and education around medical leaves of absence, disability and workman’s compensation.

  4. Support health services/wellbeing initiatives and programs, including contributions to communication and marketing of events.

  5. Track and process invoices related to health services and wellbeing program.

  6. Assist with powerpoint presentations, charts, reports and wellbeing program updates as needed.

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

  • Individual with HR capabilities and experience with leave of absence management and disability benefits required.

  • Wellness program management and event planning preferred.

  • The ideal candidate should be highly organized, ability to multi-task and set priorities.

  • Must have the ability to apply analytical thinking and have astute problem solving capabilities.

  • The role requires the individual to have strong computer literacy specifically Microsoft Office and have strong customer service skills.

  • Must be a highly energetic individual with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality is a must.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
