The Patient Coordinator will be primarily responsible for providing general office and clerical support. Provides excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering phones,checking in patients,emergency intake and directing patient concerns to appropriate supervisor while maintaining a courteous professional demeanor. Additionally, the Patient Coordinator will maintains clinical schedule by inputting appointments, maintaining waiting lists, registering new patients,updating patient information and verifying insurance. The incumbent will also contribute to the financial goals of the center by collecting payments, maintaining schedules to fullest potential, posting charges and assuring pre treatment estimates have been discussed and signed by the patient. Additional duties include: scanning documents and processing xray duplication requests and maintaining cleanliness of the reception and work space. May supervise staff.

Required Skills

1-3 years of experience and High School diploma/GED required. Vocational/Technical training preferred.
