The Ophthalmic Technician I will be responsible for:
Performing specialized testing (including; HVF, OCT, fundus photography, slit lamp photography, IOL master, pachymetry), aiding in eye exams, and streamlining patient flow.
Ordering supplies and formatting photos.
To qualify, you must have:
Work requires a high school level of educational development or equivalent. Previous experience in a clinical or science related field is preferred.
Keen organizational skills appropriate to the supporting a medical office and in balancing assigned tasks and competing responsibilities in the normal course of a clinical ophthalmologic setting.
The ability to use the computer and research skills for tasks of word processing and data coordination.
