State of Massachusetts Contracted Student Intern - Clinical & Professional Services in Boston, Massachusetts

The Clinical and Professional Services Student Intern will assist with the organization of electronic files by scanning relevant documents to PDF format and filing according to previously identified protocols for tracking Licensing documents. In addition, the Student Intern will assist the Office Manager with Public Records Requests by identifying relevant records and organizing them in a way that can be easily transmitted to the Legal Office.

Duties will include: receiving requests, preparing for review, and responding to submissions of materials by licensed hospitals and some state operated facilities, when these materials are forwarded in preparation of meetings. The Student Intern will also prepare and maintain reports of the Licensing Division regarding the resources available at inpatient facilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • This internship opportunity is for Undergraduate student who must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited College or University.

  • G iven the population served, bilingual or multilingual fluency.

Additional Information:

  • Benefits are unavailable with the exception of sick leave accruals.

  • All employees will be paid on a biweekly basis and must have direct deposit.
