Lahey Health Prgm Mgr High Risk Intrvntion, Grant funded, per diem in Beverly, Massachusetts
The position titled ?Program Manager for the High Risk Intervention Team? acts as Director of Outpatient Services within the confines of the HPC-Moms Do Care Integrated Program Grant at Beverly Hospital. This position in conjunction with the Medical Directors of Inpatient Services and of Obstetrics within the grant are the clinical leaders of the grant.
This position will work with internal and external grant stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are met.
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
General oversight of the direction of the HPC-Moms Do Care Integrated Program Grant at Beverly Hospital
Coordinate and run group therapy sessions and other therapy activities
Development of action plans related to program administration
Educating of nursing staff (Trauma informed care, compassion fatigue, etc)
Participate in any meetings/calls/etc related to the HPC-Moms Do Care Integrated Program Grant at Beverly Hospital
Community stake holder outreach and advocacy
Development and management of patient care plans for DCF preparation
Postpartum nurturing training and education
Recruitment, onboarding, and supervision (direct and/or indirect) of other grant personnel such as Peer Moms, Social Workers, etc
Certified nurse midwife or advanced practice nurse with experience in substance abuse disorder treatment, obstetrics, and grant management.
Proficient in Windows-based operating software and systems that include MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access and MS PowerPoint.
Experience in grant management, project development, project management and strong analytical skills, including data entry, manipulation, management, and data analysis required.
Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills required.
Ability to work under minimal supervision, ability to adapt quickly to changes within the work environment required.
Must be a team player and have proven success applying a team approach and ability to work in conjunction with all stakeholders in a supportive way to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Scheduled Hours Per diem, hours assigned as needed.
