Lahey Health at Home Private Duty Services has Per Diem CHHA/CNA positions available in private duty home care in the Client's home environment with RN oversight of responsibilities. The CHHA/CNA carries out healthcare tasks in the patient's home including assisting patients with personal hygiene and grooming, transfers in and out of bed using safe transfer techniques, including the use of gait belts and mechanical lifting equipment, assisting patients with walking, including the use of walkers, canes and wheelchairs, assisting with meal preparation and feeding, when required. Qualifications One year of Home care experience preferred but not required
Must be able to work rotating weekends and holidays
Current CHHA and/or CNA certificate
Must be reliable and dependable
Ability to follow a care plan for clients HHA needs
Ability to communicate in English both orally and in writing
Ability to travel from home to home in the community setting
Valid Driver's License
Good driving record
Reliable transportation Shift Short and long shifts available Scheduled Hours Per diem
