Lahey Health Clinical Research Nurse, Oncology, 24 hours in Beverly, Massachusetts
Experienced research nurse -familiar with cooperative group trials, participation in local IRB, patient enrollment on studies. Certification (OCN, CCRP or CCRA) preferred but not required. Oncology basic knowledge required, demonstrated through recent experience or ONS chemobiotherapy certificate would also be considered. Most studies are oncology related but colleague will also have interaction/involvement with non-oncology clinical trials at NHC
Must posess strong time management, communication, organization and critical thinking skills. Enthusiasm for active participation in multidisciplinary forums such as tumor board/conferences, cancer committee, EPIC (EMR) workgroups, finance department and the NHC IRB.
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
Current Massachusetts RN licensure
OCN, CCRP or CCRA preferred
Scheduled Hours 24 hours per week, M-F
